I can help with 3 of these. Casino Holland is easy to access in downtown Amsterdam. Likewise Casino Viage in Brussels. In Milan, the closest casino is in Campione, about an hour away by bus. You actually have to cross the Swiss border to get there although the casino is in Italian territory. All of these cities have small slot casinos. Not sure what you mean by Dijon, Paris. Paris has a number of small casinos that are allegedly private clubs, but if you show a foreign passport, they will let you in.They are not allowed to advertise, but you will see their signs if you do any touring at all, or else ask the concierge of your hotel. My concierge actually called them, and told them in French, I was coming, so they were expecting me when I got there. Dress to impress! Never been to those other cities, but knowing Germany and France as I do, I can't believe there isn't a casino nearby. My advice is the same for any city in the world: if you want action (of any kind), ask a taxi driver. They know where everything is in their city!
