I agree with everything Steve said. "Just say No" has about as much chance of treating drug abuse as 'Don't worry, be happy' has of treating clinical depression.

I'll leave you with this.... Timothy Leary was interviewed by Rolling Stone in the 1980s. The interviewer asked what he thought about the "Just Say No" campaign. Leary answered:

"It should be 'Just Say No Thank You' It's terrible how they don't teach good manners any more!"
