I know that is terminology that James used in his book, but I never really understood what it meant. Does it mean the windows in the building look like they have panes broken out? I have a question outstanding with JaySands regarding this. I don't think there was an attempt to represent the building before and after the extortionist's bomb broke out a lot of the windows.
Could we see a clarification of the differences in the next TCR issue, either a picture in the back of the book, or reference to one of the other differences in the two inlay designs (size and placement of the denomination $, and the redrawn building)? The $100 chips of this series may be identified incorrectly on TheChipGuide web site as well.
