1) Yes we did discuss hiring a consultant just as I told you we would and then told you we did.
I have not yet seen the meeting minutes and when I get a chance I will post BOD decisions that were made at the meeting.
2) Grant writing - funny you should mention that as wasn't it you that told us you would do some grant writing for us? I remember us sending you the information you requested to do that.
We discuss that every meeting and even had plans to send someone to a class to learn grant writing but that was put on hold when we ran into another issue
3) No the BOD is not opposed to communicating by email. The problem is and has always been the lack of our memberships input as we have very few correct emails. We use what we have but the list is always out of date and for the most part unusable.
Do you know of someone that is interested in taking this task on.
4) Quarterly newsletter. You mean like the one we already have that is mailed to every single member?
Not sure of the purpose of a newsletter to communicate when we have a magazine that does the same thing.
Once again I would ask everyone that club business be discussed on the club board whenever possible.
