We the "CCGTCC" need to hire a company like this (see below) to work with us. I've mentioned this before. Please look through the site. Look at the
"What We Offer" section and the "Services for Organizations"

I have personally worked with them over a two year period with amazing results. The not for profit that I founded 18 years ago has grown every
year, currently at a 750k yearly budget. We raise and spend our full budget each year. Half of our funding comes from grants.

If our club membership has dropped year after year, we need to understand why. We need to try new things and have them be measurable.
Is catering to existing members the answer? I believe the answer is in extending our mission and connecting with new members.

Have we asked for the mailing list of the Mob Museum? Can we pay for it? We should be targeting their members. I would give the MOB museum a
box or two of old vegas chips and ccgtcc.com chips to give to their new members… how about giving a free entry ticket for our convention for every new member they get… there should be some perk that is a win win for both organizations. We could do the same for the Neon Museum members.
All of what our club needs on a daily basis amounts to being more work than our volunteer BOD can do. We need someone full time representing
our organization.

Our BOD needs to be fundraising and keeping the mission. They should be paying Board Dues for their seats.

I don't think the BOD wants to consider this possibility... but I believe our current organizational structure is limiting the club's growth.

My guess is that the organizational audit would flush out many problems that we can deal with. To answer your question Michael
we would have to inquire on a price, I'd guess 5-7K for the year.

The real challenge would be having the BOD take the medicine if the doctor prescribes it. grin
I'm sure they would get us on grant writing… that would get our money back 10X
