Good Morning

I received this OOO mailer with postage due. 4 chips inside. I remember a few days ago there was a thread on or near this topic about Window Clerks charging whatever random amount they think fits. I attach the picture of this package to suggest that you might "get away with" paying a lower price at the counter, but only if the Postal Workers on the delivering side don't notice. Admittedly, likely to be a rare occurrence, yet here is a picture of one...

P.S. My mailman and I get along well and he delivered the package to my mailbox without asking me for the $1.34, but I'll ask him about it the next time I see him, to stay on these kind of good terms with him.

P.P.S. The seller is a good guy, and I'm not worried about this glitch in the postage. He took it to the counter, and paid the price they asked of him...
