Jim, you didn't read my post carefully.

I numbered three situations. In (1), I agree with you -- you can't just run to the "ship now" PayPal page and create a shipping label for First Class Parcels 14-15-and 16 ounces.

But you can in situations (2) and (3) -- if you are paid something via PayPal (even non-eBay situations), you can create shipping labels for First Class Parcels 14-15-and 16 ounces.

If you want, I'll PayPal you a $1 to test/prove it.
