Apparently no one knows how to contact Luke? I wrote to his last email address, which didn't bounce, but no reply.

Two questions:

I can't find my copy. I've moved the office three times and home twice, plus been in storage and out between. My copy is lost.

Anyone want to sell me your old copy?

If anyone knows Luke Rapely or how to get a hold of him. I'd want to ask him about the purchase of the rights to the guide. Updating would be interesting and I know it would be the labor of love, not financial bonanza. But since he did the hard part and started it. I thought that keeping it in print POD might be worthwhile.
