I think it's more of a logic matter.

Anything marked Obsolete / Not cash-able should stay that way. All the rest are unknown.

What I mean is, instead of trying to keep up with what's current, just add a colored dot to things that are NOT.

And yes it's a huge task. I'm just working on my Wisconsin and it's a project. I could send a list for WI to anyone who's managing the Chip Guide if that would help?

If we were trying to mark only active chips, it would be impossible because that can change daily.
