Checked this weekend:
North Star, Bowler - Chipcos. Lady laughed and said, those haven't been good for about eight years.
Rainbow Casino, Nekoosa (which is now Ho-Chunk - Nekoosa) had a guide page. All old chips off the tables
Majestic Pines, Black River Falls (now Ho-Chunk Black River Falls)
All obsolete. They also refused a Ho-Chunk Baraboo chip, but I haven't been to the location. I'll assume all old chips are off the tables and obsolete.
There are now six Ho-Chunk Gaming locations, one players card. BLACK RIVER FALLS | MADISON | NEKOOSA | TOMAH | WISCONSIN DELLS | WITTENBERG Baraboo is now the Dells again. Italic locations are slots only. New players card, I had to sign up for the new system. Nice, because it included some promotions at all locations and we ended up with $55 in free play between the two locations. NEK and BRF.
Under 1 hour from BRF to Nekoosa, and the long way across to Bowler, Keshena and Green Bay, if someone was doing a small road trip. We went from South to North, stayed in BRF, came back via Nekoosa and then more direct Wisconsin cheese run, East again.
BRF has about eight tables, six were 21 and other two were, ULTIMATE TEXAS HOLD'EM i-Table and a three card poker. Band above the bar was good fun. Place was re-designed and friendly.
Nekoosa looked the best ever. Cleaned up, friendly, little snack bar had good food. (which $10 in food got $10 in bonus play on the slots) i-table roulette, Mississippi stud, Texas holdem, three card poker, and 21. Poker Room.
The casinos that offer table games are using the same style chips with the casino location below the Ho-Chunk Gaming. This is not news, just pointing it out because it was something I hadn't seen before.
Making a list. I have a trade in progress and then I think I'll try a batch on eBay and see what's going on.
