AVG has one that will do one cleanup for free then it is a pay system. I just use disc cleaner and disc defragmenter. Occasionally I use Malwear Bytes to get rid of some junk. One thing to check if you have a real old computer is how much RAM memory you have. These days programs are so big you almost have to have at least 4 GB just to keep the machine running at desired speeds.
