Bill, thank you being on top of this. I do remember once when I hosted I also received crap chips. I do forget who it was that sent them but I do remember he was pissed I did not wish to use them. That player did send more chips and told me to just keep the junkers.

If that same player who sent you those chips ended up winning, would they want to receive a box of crap condition chips ? I would think not.
