Lebanon note is Pick catalog 55 and from the 50s or 60s. One has a bid of $6.80 now on ebay.

French 5 FF note is from 1959-95 and pictures Victor Hugo. It was apparently issued just as the Franc was devalued and is in New Francs. I don't see a Pick catalog for it but one sold on ebay for $7.49 recently:
