SPT's are only delivered from certain slot machines, Kevin. The machines are usually are marked something like "Souvenir Coins". I believe they also pay off in tokens or credits for smaller wins. The SPTs come out when you line up reel symbols that say 1 Coin, 2 Coins, 3 Coins, etc. None paid out by video poker machines to my knowledge.
