I did not think he would go for it, but assumed if he was real he would have countered or something....then "puff", disappeared faster than Hillary's emails!

Wonder if something should be done, notify eBay...? or maybe they notified him?? They should be involved, if they were not! As with their "insurance" program, somebody purchased it, the guy did not send the chip, eBay returns the money to the buyer and the only one that looses money is eBay!!
