They did this about a year or two ago and it seems to have worked out. All the totals are still calculated to the cent and if the customer is paying by credit card/direct debit then the total is what it is. If the customer is paying by cash then .01 and .02 are down and .03 and .04 are up. So something like 7.63 would be either $7.63 of direct debit or $7.65 of cash.
