Is it greed if the person that got the chips and silver strikes simply just doesn't have a need for them in their collection?

They got the HR NCV chip as perk for pre-registering for the convention and going to pick it up. It seems like they didn't want the chip so they are selling it on ebay.

I see nothing wrong with that particular scenario.

How does that differ from picking up extra LE chips when they are limited and listing those for sale on ebay, knowing darn well when you got them that you didn't "need" them all to begin with?

By the way, it's not me. I didn't even go to the convention, unfortunately.
