Judge rules that Caesars must allow release of examiner's report
Caesars Entertainment must allow the release of an independent examiner's report on the company's formation of its largest operating unit, a bankruptcy court judge ruled. Caesars had requested that the report, which runs about 7 million pages, remain off limits to the public.
