Gary S. Smith of Novi, MI bought a Windsor chip from me and paid through paypal. Later he complained to paypal that he did not receive a "Boulder" chip from me. Neither he nor paypal listened to me that it had to be someone else who sold him a "Boulder" chip and did not deliver. The buyer was either confused or fraudulent and in either case I will not do business with him again. If you do business with him don't say you weren't informed of this problem.
