That will help you delete the Google Toolbar if you are using the Internet Explorer browser.

You can also start using the free Firefox browser which doesn't even allow for a Google toolbar. I resisted going to an alternate browser for a long time, thinking that surely Microsoft's browser will be best supported as long as I run Microsoft Windows(7). There were enough MS Internet Browser problems that I switched to Firefox several months ago and everything is fine. Someone on the bb made the suggestion for this switch and I thank him!
