I have a feeling the subject matter would appeal only to certain players. I doubt any casino would advertise a movement or religious subject on their chips. MLK has achieved a Jesus or Mohammed status with some people. No casino would touch the subject with a ten foot pole. The subject matter on most commemorative chips is about sports, entertainers, or patriotic themes, in other words, things that everyone can embrace. If the government ran a casino you might see a MLK chip.
