Just tried a 3oz PayPal label
In Response To: New postage rates TODAY ()

I went to PayPal shipping and tested a 3oz thick envelope label. It came to $2.60. I did not complete the process as this was just a test but the confirm and pay page said $2.60. It looks like the PayPal discount is gone. Probally the same for ebay.
