I wouldn't read too much into that. The copyright mark is for the business logo, placed at the end of and below the logo, but above the word "casino" printed in a different font. There were some existing businesses in Cripple Creek that became casinos without changing the business names and logos. The word "casino" could have been added to the trays after the place became a casino.
