Probably unlikely but both chips have initials related to Illinois and each are related to each other. It's probably a far reach, but GC and WC have a common relationship when looked at in context. Each with a dependency upon each other. The initials WC have long been associated with the affluent city of West Chicago -- created when almost every railroad in the U.S. blazed a trail through Chicago -- industrialized center of the manufacturing and distribution points of goods for a thriving economy. The GC was a railroad (Galena & Chicago) that developed West Chicago, a suburb, ritzy town exclusive to the upper elite financial moguls with deep pockets to build such an elaborate facade to an exclusive club that set it apart from everyday America. The G&C was the predecessor of the great Chicago and North Western RR that gobbled most of the trackage leading into one of the hottest industrialized cites of the 1900s. It might be a far reach, but if you can associate the names you have with the development of WC, you might be getting closer. At least, we are talking about Illinois.
