for sale Match covers from old un-licenced clubs

I'm offering some of the matchcovers I've collected over the years that I suspect may be from unlicensed (illegal?) clubs.

These are from New York and Pennsylvania. Both sides are shown as some are printed differently inside. Also, some were in a scrapbook and show the adhesive and page residue on reverse. What was "Artists and Writers" mentioned on the Newman's Lake House cover? Here's what their New York City restaurant looked like during Prohibition:
