Joe's post got me thinking. The $10,000 notes we placed behind the plexi-glass over 50 years ago. At that time there was probably no consideration to the collectibility of the notes. They were obviously plate printed using ink available in the 1920-30 time period. They were under spotlights for years and the cameras used to take the early pictures had flashes. How could any of these notes survive in pristine condition?
