I believe these chips were sent to George T. Cameron. I do not guarantee this ID to be 100% There are not really any other choices and I will let the experts chime in.
There are 4 George Cameron's listed in San Francisco 1929.... But only 1 with the middle initial T. After reading you might agree or disagree.

They form a company called Solano Farms. They plan to buy up thousands of acres and sell off farming tracts. Solano is not a city, but it is the County I live in today.
He marries the daughter of the Publisher (San Francisco Chronicle..M.H.de Young)
I couldn't find the date...the only reason I know is the next article after Brdge article. (de Young is his father in law)
