Todd, when you speak to Doug, please let him know that the High Sierra 1 NCV "WIN CARDS" chip (Lot 98) was not a Dealer Tip chip. It was one of 15, 1 NCV chips in the package used for even money bets. Some believe that this, generic Dealer Tip Chip was use for the High Sierra program:
