I played poker there in 2013, and yes, every denomination had different edge inserts and was a shade different in color. Even the $5 hotstamp was orange instead of the usual pinkish. I assume that the card room was owned and managed by an outside operator and very possible this chip from that room. No idea if still cashable. I will return to Macau when Wynn Palace and Parisian open, and will research it further.
