...I heard a rumor that the Hard Rock was out of the "free" chip long before all of the coupons had been redeemed. When I asked how likely that was before the convention, someone acted like I was being rediculous.

Does anyone know if people with legitimate coupons were unable to get their chip, and if so what happened?
