I was just looking through the auction catalog and saw this description on lot #121 (the $1 Fremont NCV):

"Listed as N0242 in Chip Rack, issued in the 1960's"

"Commentary: Valued at $10 to $15 in Chip Rack, which also lists an incorrect date of issue because the maker of this chip, the Bud Jones Company, had yet to be established in the 1960's".

Can you find me an edition of The Chip Rack that says that this chip was issued in the 1960's? All of mine say that it was issued in the 1990's.

Also, the Bud Jones Company was established in 1968.
