I have no idea whether it is live or obsolete. I purchased it with several other foreign chips from a collector/poker player here in Vegas. It looks the same as Starworld's current live chips but I would advise anyone who bids on it to only bid with the intention of keeping it for their collection, not to try to cash it. Here in the U.S. , a casino will only cash a high denomination chip if you can prove you won it in the casino so I can only assume it's the same in China. I am not accepting returns on this chip so once again, only bid with the intention of keeping it for your collection, not to try to cash it in.
