ID this Hollywood Casino, A/C token?

I have this $2 brass token with other Atlantic City $2 tokens in my collection. In trying to upload some to TheChipGuide, I realized Hollywood doesn't go with Atlantic City in the records I have access to. It says est. 1995. Size of standard $2 slot token.

Mintmark appears to be OPM. Ricky lists it as T HWD-2 on his web site and "not for sale", so I figure it is somehow casino related and hard to find. Is that an Archie Black catalog number, by chance? I believe that Brighton (Later Sands) was owned by Hollywood Casino Corp. of Dallas. Was there a plan to rename it Hollywood in the 1990s? And firm enough plans to order slot tokens? Were the Hollywood tokens ever used anywhere?
