A few other emails and some previous info (but unfortunately I didn't keep the details back then), suggest that the following counties have CIC chips, in addition to the ones I already have.

Hong Kong
Hungary
Israel
Nigeria
Paraguay
Republic of Ireland (Eire)
Romania

The ones that I have are noted but as before if anyone has details of the chips available that I don't have, or even information of other countries that have CIC chips, then please let me know
