I was going to register until I came to this section of the User Agreement which authorizes you to use my personal information without limitation including selling it to spammers:

"License Solely to enable JackpotAuctions.com to use the information you supply us with, so that we are not violating any rights you might have in that information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information."

If you want me to register you better put in place a privacy policy restricting my information from being given out to 3rd parties except as needed to administer the actual auction.
