I believe the lighter color green is actually the dark green that has either sat in the sun too long or has been exposed to some agent that has lightened its color

Now I could be sure of its color if I take a piece of 800 wet/dry sandpaper and a drop of water and lightly rub on the surface.

Since it is the same on both sides, I'm not touching it.
