I have NEVER had any luck getting blank ones anywhere, but on my last trip to Deadwood, saw a whole box just sitting there on top of the monitor and the booth was shut down for the night, being the honest person I am, I never touched them. Might have to try it next time if they are that hard to get a hold of!!
