Most of the casinos in Nevada's capital of Carson City have an old-school feel - carpet that looks a little worn, slot machines that appear to have been around for a while, etc. One exception is Casino Fandango, which opened in 2003 on the south end of town and definitely feels newer. And its chips have been a little more popular with collectors - or least they used to be when people actually collected limited editions - because of that goofy-looking grinning fish.
