Can anyone translate these Japanese Kanji letters on the token for Pachisto skill slot machine that was picked up on trip to Japan -- where it is illegal to gamble? However, these skill machines are available for play in most shops. Instead of getting a return of cash directly, the prize structure is for merchandise. However, walk around the corner and you can cash in the prize for money. Long way around the gambling rule.
Any help would be helpful. In Japanese, the "21" is significant, but I don't know it is used in relations to the skill slot machines.
Does anyone know?
