I DID NOT say roulette wheels were not made in Chicago (or Detroit) in the 1920's. Plenty were. B.C. Wills, Albert Pick and Mason Co. were predominant.
If you look closely at your picture below, you can see engraved on the turret is Code and Co, Chicago. Code and Co were a roulette wheel manufacturer in Chicago FROM 1947.
This whole thing sounds more like a scam by the minute.
How long has 'CasinoAntiques' been established? The registrar tells me 3 weeks.
