ebay sent me a note regarding the Remote Transactions Parity Act that was proposed in Congress in June. Even though it won't (at least initially) affect sellers with less than $5 million in annual sales, or people who live in states with no sales tax (as I do), it's another step towards the Feds controlling EVERYTHING we do.
