In the early 1950s, the Sahati brothers owned Stateline Country Club and the neighboring Sahatis Club (formerly the Main Entrance Casino).

In the mid-'50s, the former Sahati's Stateline Country Club became the Stateline Country Club and Redwood Room.

In the late '50s, it became Harrah's Stateline Country Club.

By the 1960s, the former Stateline Country Club, Redwood Room, and Beecher's Nevada Club had all been merged into Harrah's Tahoe.
