Maybe you mean the 1960 Lotteries and Gaming act or the 1963 one, both of which had "loopholes" whereas I meant the "Proper" Gaming Act from (obviously) 1968. As it is actually called "The Gaming Act 1968" maybe that was the one I was referring to.....
Maybe I should have been more specific but as it seems to be known as the act that closed 90% of casinos in the UK as they didn't comply with the "rules" I just assumed it was taken as read, oh well.
