I suspected that it was East Coast based on where they came from when I bought them on eBay. But that could mean nothing. I know that two people had a red and I know I've been asking about this since TCB was on Prodigy, before Greg create the open version for everyone.

I can imagine that it's a tribal land and the lake is inside it? Rather than the stamp being water. That's because of the shapes, might be a river with two oxbows as the West boundary?.

Or a river channel on the left and ocean, which would make the blob an island off the coast?
