This is NOT N6091 since it has a period after Nev.

I'm looking at the one on The Chip Guide that's identified as N6091 and it has a period after Nev.

I'm not at home now, so I can't look at the one in my collection, but if anyone has one without a period, please let me know and I'll add a listing.
