Armin lists a L's mold chip in white, chocolate, mustard, and salmon. He attributes them to a San Jose, CA. club.
The chip is also listed and pictured in Staeffler's catalog as San Jose.
Be aware though that there are quite a few clubs named HI-LO with no chip information. I assume the name comes from the poker games offered. With the L's mold, the likelihood of being a California chip is pretty high.
Then there is Hawaii, which at least has a town by that name... but that's another story.
