Actually, I now see it is a coded poker chip

Was assigned a code a couple of years ago. If it is about 1 1/4" in diameter, it is Seymour PD-EO (an embossed chip). There are also catalog numbers for this type chip in larger sizes of 1 3/8" and 1 1/2" diameter.
