I am 100% sure. I just stumbled upon a few things and started putting the pieces together. The Miles E. Cluster fits the chip. I just can't find enough info on him to support the ID.
If it weren't for someone sending the info on the chip with the "George Perry" name on it....we wouldn't even be discussing it.
