Hooters and the Tropicana..went to both when I was staying on that side of town at the Delano last Sunday..both were DEAD..no vibe, whatsoever.

I always thought Hooters Hotel was a lame idea in LV..sure Hooters might play well in Iowa and Missouri..but Hooters-type wimmen are a dime a dozen in Vegas.

Sidenote: If you never eaten there, try the Foundation Room for dinner at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay..amazing view of the Strip, and the best NY Steak I have had in years..excellent food and service..definitely will be back..
