A valuation question for the Chip Rack guys

The $5 Christmas Tree chip is an "O" chip in the 16th edition of the Chip Rack, valued at $150-$174. The $25 chip is an "L" chip, valued at $75-$99.

The number of chips listed for the $5 chip is 1,500. The number of the chips listed for the $25 chip is 500.

If the $5 chip is believed to be three times more plentiful than the $25 and carries a lower denomination, why does it have twice the value of the $25? The only thing I can think of is that there are more $5 collectors than $25 collectors.

Just curious.
